Trey practices in the areas of business law and taxation, tax credit strategy, estate planning, and successions. Prior to joining Roth Law Firm, Trey worked in the national practice of a Big 4 accounting firm, advising multinational corporations on the tax and operational issues associated with internal restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Trey holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was the Research and Writing Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.
